This campaign is organized by 2045.ch, located in Switzerland.

Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Campaign Period

The campaign begins on its launch date and will conclude once the entry gauge reaches the maximum number of entries.

Enter

To enter, participants must purchase a mobile wallpaper from 2045.ch. Each individual wallpaper purchase constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of entries a single participant can acquire. Purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Payment

2045.ch make it easy to pay for your entries using TWINT. During the payment process, 2045.ch will ask for your first name, last name, and e-mail address. These details will allow 2045.ch to conduct the prize draw and contact the winner.

The cost is CHF 40.– per entry. Want to increase your chances of winning the watch? You can purchase as many entries as you like.

Just be sure your payment is for at least CHF 40.–. Any payment below that amount will not be considered a valid entry.

Wallpaper submissions

Wallpaper is delivered within 24 hours via email to the address provided during the purchase.

The Prize

The prize is one (1) brand new, authentic watch, sourced directly from the official boutique of the brand, in Switzerland. The watch is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranty from 2045.ch. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries once the gauge reaches the maximum number of entries. The drawing will be conducted by the third-party service, randomdraws.com, to ensure a fair and impartial selection. A certificate of authenticity for the draw will be published on 2045.ch.

Draw certificate

A link will be shared with the entrants so they can view the results of the draw. A link will be shared to allow participants to check that their entry was a part of the draw.

Winner Notification

After the gauge reaches the maximum number of entries, the winner will be selected and contacted directly via the e-mail provided during the purchase.

Data Privacy

All personal information collected during this campaign, including name, will be handled in strict accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG). This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign and will not be shared with or sold to third parties.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law. Any dispute arising from this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
